Hulu was founded on March 2007, Hulu is operated independently by a dedicated management team with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Beijing. NBC Universal, News Corp., The Walt Disney Company, Providence Equity Partners and the Hulu team share in the ownership stake of the company.
Hulu may be coming to Xbox360's very soon with dashboards having been spotted recently, whether or not it arrives on European shores is undetermined as currently Hulu is not available in the EU.
The Xbox360 already provides movies, Facebook and Twitter integration so this would be a huge feather in Microsoft's cap to get this. Microsoft will be introducing the service at this years E3 conference.
