Steve Jobs is reported to have emailed back a person telling them that they are holding their brand new iPhone 4 the wrong way and thats why the phone looses signal.
Well, Steve, based on Apple's own advertisements it would appear that people are holding the phone exatcly how you showed them too, and in all fairness, this is the normal way to hold a phone, the aerial should be at the top of the casing.
