MeeGo Conference 2010, November 15th - 17th in Dublin

Below is with thanks to www.allaboutmaemo.com:

The first MeeGo Conference is scheduled to take place in Dublin (Ireland) between November 15th - 17th. It aims to bring together a technical audience (developers, OEMs, OSVs, and MeeGo project contributors) to learn about the current status of MeeGo and discuss future directions. The event, which will take place at the Dublin's newly redeveloped Aviva Stadium, follows in the footsteps of the Maemo Summit and similar Moblin events. We'll be in Dublin in November to bring you live coverage of the event.
The registration site for the conference, which is free to attend, will go live later next month. This page, on the MeeGo wiki, is being used an organisation and planning aid for the event.
Here is an extract from Dawn Foster's MeeGo blog on the annoucement:
It's time to block your calendar and request approval to travel - the MeeGo Conference has been scheduled for November 15 - 17, 2010 at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. This is the annual conference for MeeGo developers, OSVs, OEMs, other integrators, and MeeGo project contributors.
The Call for Papers and registration will be opening up soon, so now is a good time to start drafting proposals for topics that you want to present. We are looking for a wide variety of topics including hardware support for MeeGo, platform development, application development, and other MeeGo project sessions.
We will have two days of scheduled sessions on Monday and Tuesday, and an unconference day on Wednesday for any ad hoc sessions or other topics that didn't fit into the first two days. There will also be time for Birds of a Feather (BOF) discussions and lightning talks along with several keynotes built into the schedule.
